At Jack Daniel's Store, we strive for perfection in every barrel and bottle; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened food and beverage items. Please note that for safety reasons, items with broken seals cannot be returned for a refund.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Carefully pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Quality Inspection & Refund

Once our distillery warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
